This is a build I've used a few times and seems to work pretty well:
Axe Mastery- 16 (12+3 +1)
Strength-13 (12+1)
Inspiration Magic-3
Frenzy
Sprint
Disrupting Chop
Eviscerate (E)
Executioner's Strike
Swift Chop
Drain Enchantment
Res Sig
Personally I'd sacrifice the self healing of Ether Feast for more damage/disruption. If you're playing in Tombs you can be more reliant on your monks for healing. BTW even at the left over 3 Inspiration, Drain Enchant still gives you 12 energy, which I've found to be more than enough.

Need to do anything needed huh? Well, first off, you DON'T NEED that off hand focii. Warrior's shouldn't be spamming energy intensive skills anyway. Secondly, you shouldn't try to do EVERYTHING, you become harder to counter, true, but your effectiveness goes down the toilet... You say you want to combat both a fighting type and a caster type? Fine, just don't expect to do too much in either department, but what you can do can be quite devastating.
axe: 12+1+3
strength: 8+1
Inspiration: 10
Swift Chop
Eviscerate {E}
Executioner's Strike
Disrupting Chop
Frenzy
Sprint
Energy Tap
Drain Enchantment
Res sig can be in there to replace energy tap if you wish. However, this build will combat both buffed warriors and casters by draining enchants from both and stealing energy. That stolen energy will be used to feed Swift Chop quite nicely allowing your damage and adrenaline to go up faster than otherwise. You can use Ether Feast if you need to since 5 energy every 8+ seconds stolen is a good amount of degen should u decide to spam it. Your hp will love you for it, considering nobody with a brain will be directly attacking you...
Frenzy and sprint/rush are warrior defaults, no questions asked. [unless it's pve]
Ah, Drain Enchantment. It's not Rend, but it does the job. It gives you energy to feed Swift Chop and it removes an enchantment working against you and your team.
The problems we have here would probably be hexes. I'd say to use inspire hex, but that's not offensive and you don't have any attributes to help the hex you stole. [inspiration hexes suck...] Conditions are also the issue but hey, your monk should be able to deal with both right?

Ok so here is my idea.. going off of what has been said.. and everything...
Basically this is it
Class: Warrior / Mesmer
Assumed items:
+2 to Strength
+3 to Axe Mastery
Attributes: (cost)
Strength: 8+1+1 (37)
Axe Mastery: 12+3 (97)
Inspiration Magic: 10 (61)
Total attribute points used: 195/200
Skills:
1) Eviscerate (elite) - (7a,0,0) If Eviscerate hits, you strike for +40 damage and inflict a deep wound, lowering your target's maximum health by 20% for 20 seconds. This is an elite skill.
2) Executioner's Strike - (8a,0,0) If this attack hits, you strike for +40 damage.
3) Swift Chop - (5,0,4) If this attack hits you strike for +20 damage. If Swift Chop is blocked, your target suffers a deep wound for 20 seconds and takes an additional 20 damage. Swift Chop cannot be evaded.
4) Disrupting Chop - (6a,0,0) If it hits, this attack interrupts the target's current action. If that action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds.
5) Flurry - (5,0,5) For 5 seconds, your attack rate is increased by 33%, but you deal 25% less damage.
OR
5) Frenzy - (5,0,4) For 8 seconds, you attack 33% faster, but all hits against you are critical hits.
6) Spirit Shackles - (10,3,5) For 21 seconds, target foe loses 5 energy whenever that foe attacks.
7) Drain Enchantment - (10,1,25) Remove an enchantment from target foe. If an enchantment is removed, you gain 18 energy.
8) Ether Feast - (5,2,8) Target foe loses 5 energy. You are healed 21 for each point of energy lost.
i dont extra commonly use sprint or rush.. so if it is seemingly gonna be needed it can replace either ether feast or spirit shackles.
What do you all think?

Stop USING ether feast. Bring a rez signet.
Get out of inspiration and go into illusion.

Good call. Illusion is WAAAYYY too energy hungry for a warrior to be dealing with.... [and bringing a foci or gladiator's armor is the cry-baby way out of low energy]
I'd definitely keep Frenzy over Flurry.
Chuck spirit shackles. Too much energy for too little return... You can bring res sig for it instead.
It's a cookie cutter, but hey... We don't need originality to be skilled right?

This is semi true.. however i have found in the past that spirit shackles put onto a energy hungry warrior.. or ranger build can work wonders when their monks are really busy.

Glockjs that is actually almost identicle to a build i run commonly.. except rez sig is replaced by ether feast, and sprint picks up either something along the lines of drain enchantment, or axe rake like you said earlier...
